The Web gives you access to about ten trillion gigatons of free guitar lessons which can help you start to play the guitar or advance to the next level should you already play.

One issue you'll find with free lessons is that they are spread across the web which means you can spend a lot of time just to find relevant lessons of decent quality. So...

... I did a bit of research and gathered guitar lesson resources for you!

Now, you probably already know of a few good places to search for free guitar lessons such as Google Video, YouTube and ExpertVillage.

I suggest you also take a look at the web resources below which offer you free guitar lessons and also products or membership.


JustinGuitar.com

You can spend weeks on the great lessons created for you by Justin Sandercoe, a guitarist, songwriter, performer, producer and educator from London. Justin is a real pro and a passionate educator who has his chops down, and will share it with you at no cost.

You can check out the lesson index on his web site justinguitar.com to see the quantity and quality of the written and video lessons Justin delivers. Great!


GuitarTricks.com

You get to access 24 free lessons and you can also upgrade to full-access for $12.95 a month to get over 3000 further lessons, tutorials, tools and other resources without any ads.

The value of a full-access subscription to GuitarTricks.com far outweighs your investment so I suggest you consider the upgrade should you be serious about your progress on the guitar. These folks over-deliver in quantity and quality!


GuitarForBeginners.com

Canadian guitarist Kirk Lorange has a good selection of guitar lessons hosted for you on his forum at GuitarForBeginners.com.


FreeGuitarVideos.com

You'll discover over 150 free guitar lessons and 20-30 minute premium lesson video downloads at $4.99 per video in most cases.


So, with all the guitar lessons you now know about you have no valid reason not to pick up the six-string and start to hone those chops!

Remember, you may have access to tons and tons of free lessons online. YOU however have to bring the patience, persistence and discipline to the table and sit down and follow the lessons and practice.

You can never learn it all on the guitar so always look out for ways to add new knowledge and skills to your magic box of playing tricks.
